Our Story
Elevated Ltd grew from a simple idea that when people lead with self-awareness and compassion, they elevate everyone around them.
California-born and based in the UK for over 25 years, Rena Crossley’s upbringing was defined by constant movement — across cities, schools and cultures. That experience shaped her greatest strength: the ability to adapt quickly, connect deeply and see the potential in people wherever she goes. It also taught her that belonging isn’t about a place — it’s about people.
Over the past 30 years, Rena has worked with leaders and teams around the world, guiding individuals to grow from capable managers into inspiring leaders and from talented colleagues into connected, purpose-driven teams. Her work is grounded in one belief: that when people understand themselves and each other, everything changes for the better.
Even as a leader in this field, she continues to learn and grow from her own interpersonal experiences. Witnessing her mom live with dementia for the later part of her life profoundly deepened her understanding of empathy, care and the power of presence. When her mother eventually passed away in 2024, it was a turning point for Rena personally and professional because it cemented in her that leadership (and life) isn’t just about strategy or performance; it’s about humanity, connection and using our influence for good.
She started to ask herself where she could make the biggest difference and the answer wasn’t another corporate role. It was Elevated Ltd — a company built to help people lead better, collaborate better and live better.
Today, Rena leads Elevated Ltd as an independent consultant who thrives on collaboration. She works alongside a trusted community of facilitators, coaches and creative partners — people who share her belief that authentic, purpose-driven leadership has the power to transform how we work and live. Guided by curiosity, courage, and heart – Rena continues to help people and organisations reach new heights — together.
